Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
2. Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
3. 3-5 years experience as a Pastry Chef at a 4 - 5 star hotel or restaurant.
4. Food handling certificate.
5. Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests, co-workers and management
6. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
7. Ability to provide legible communication.
General Functions:
1. Supply pastry shop, main kitchen, bistro, stewarding areas
2. Prepare creative and exciting pastries menu with products that are both appetizing
and visually appealing.
3. Design, prepare and develop personalized desserts
4. Work in a first class Kitchen operated by World Hotelier
Compensation:
1. Excellent Compensation package which includes vacation and medical benefits
2. Completed 2 years contract will guarantee the reimbursement for moving expenses
3. Work permit cost paid by company
